Blood pressure checked and remains ok. Today was supposed to be a swim day but a dicky tummy put paid to that and a walk had to suffice. Maybe tomorrow?

Out of hiding
In the event neither of us had anywhere to go so by default we independently opted to stay home and occupy a floor each. Quiet reflection opened up clearer vistas of the way forward together and mutual respect with us both sleeping peacefully for a pleasant change. Today is bright and sunny in every respect.
